This red grape variety thrives in Oltrepò Pavese, where it is carefully harvested by hand. After destemming and crushing, the grapes undergo fermentation for about 10 days. Following this, the wine is aged for 6-8 months in large, temperature-controlled steel vats to develop its intense yellow color and natural aromas. Bottled when ready, it pairs excellently with appetizers, seafood, delicate starters, fish, and even pizza. Produced by the "Ca' Montebello" Agricultural Estate, nestled in the lower hills of Pavia province, this family-owned company embodies hard work, local charisma, and a deep respect for nature and the surrounding territory.
