The Tagliatelle Emiliane Barilla are thin flat strips of egg pasta, about 5 mm wide that go delicately well with all sauces.The rough and porous Tagliatelle dough makes them particularly versatile and perfect with rich meat sauces as well as with lighter fish and vegetable based sauces. Barilla suggests trying Tagliatelle Emiliane with arugola pesto, walnuts and shrimps.
