Panna Cotta with Berries contains the mix for 6 servings of this delicious dessert. Panna Cotta is prepared with cream, milk sugar and jelly from a Turin recipe.
Method: Assemble the cake box following the instructions indicated.
Add 200 ml of whipping or cooking cream and 300 ml of milk
Boil the cream and milk in a pan, remove from heat, add the contents of the large bag, mixing well. boil it again for 2 consecutive minutes while stirring.
Pour the cream into the cake box and let it cool.
Place in the refrigerator for 4 hours.
Remove the Panna Cotta from the cake box, use a knife and remove the flaps, serve in the saucers and decorate with the caramelized.
Store the product ready for consumption in the fridge.
