Our Nodini are freshly made to order. Nodini, which is Italian for "little knots" are formed by hand from stretched mozzarella dough before being shaped into this original, bite-sized knot.
Nodini are traditionally used in salads, or as an antipasto, seasoned with olive oil or pesto on a platter alongside other Italian delicacies such as prosciutto, sun-dried tomatoes, olives or warm ciabatta bread.
To enjoy the full flavour of the mozzarella, consume on or within a few days of delivery at room temperature. A secret tip from our cheese maker: take the mozzarella out of the fridge, immerse the sealed container into a tub of 30-40 degree Celsius water and wait until the mozzarella warms to room temperature. Take the mozzarella out of the tub, unseal the container and serve.
