Mortadella is a historical salami and certainly one of the most famous and "eaten" both in Italy and abroad. It has a particular shape: cylindrical and oval. The colour is bright pink, interspersed with the white of the lard. The scent is enveloping and extremely characteristic.

Pork, pork tripe, salt, saccharose, natural flavourings, spices, antioxidant (sodium ascorbate), preservatives (sodium nitrite).
May contain traces of pistachios.
