Mortadella is a cured meat made of pure pork, finely ground pork rind and cubes of fat. To this a wide range of ingredients and flavourings are added including pistacchi verdi di Bronte DOP. Once it has been cooked, the resulting sausage has a full well-balanced flavour. Mortadella Medaglia D'oro has a unique fragrant aroma, a classic delicate taste and an intense pink colour.
