Description

Semolina with calibrated grain size and increased elasticity, ideal for fresh pasta and durum wheat bread. Obtained from strong wheat milling, semolina is ground repeatedly to encourage its use in doughs. With its amber yellow color, balanced particle size, and gluten elasticity, semolina is ideal for dusting and giving the food a golden and fragrant appearance.
