This pre-sliced Bresaola della Valtellina (IGP) is made from top round, beef's most prized cut. The meat is dry and flavoured with salt, pepper, wine, garlic, cinnamon, laurel and cloves. During its slow maturation phase, Bresaola develops its characteristic fragrance and taste. Its aroma is typical of matured and spicy meat, with a red colour that is bright and uniform.
