This pre-sliced Coppa di Parma originates from a traditional recipe in the Province of Parma, where this product has ancient roots. Coppa is an air-dried and aged pork shoulder. The meat is evenly and carefully hand-rubbed with a mixture of salt, garlic and other spices. The meat is aged, depending on its size, for a minimum of two to four months. Its colour is an intense red.
