Mushrooms in variable proportion (cultivated “Agaricus bisporus”, family “Pholiota nameko mutabilis”, moss “Volvariella volvacea”, mushrooms “Pleurotus ostreatus”, shiitake “Lentinus edodes”), water, salt, acidifier citric acid, antioxidant ascorbic acid and sulphur dioxide.
