Mushroom in variable proportion 56% (moss “Volvariella volvacea”, cultivated “Agaricus bisporus”, family “Pholiota nameko mutabilis”, shiitake “Lentinus edodes”), sunflower oil, wine vinegar, extra virgin olive oil, peppers, salt, hot chilly, herbs, acidifier citric acid, antioxidant ascorbic acid and sulphur dioxide.
Once opened keep refrigerated, in oil, consume within 15 days. Suitable for Vegans.
