Traditional Friselle di Altamura made from durum wheat, following the authentic Apulian baking tradition.
These twice-baked bread rings are known for their crunchy texture and are perfect when lightly soaked in water and topped with tomatoes, olive oil, and other Mediterranean ingredients.
Please note: Friselle are a very fragile product by nature and, despite being carefully packed, some breakage may occur during transport. This does not affect their quality, flavour, or suitability for consumption.
