Mulino Bianco's Molinetti are shortbread cookies made with wholemeal buckwheat flour and brown sugar. Wholemeal buckwheat flour with an intense and aromatic flavour, combined with oat flake flour and the sweetness of brown sugar, gives the Molinetti biscuit a full-bodied texture.
